Hi there,
It is an honour to support you as you navigate your way through life's challenges.
My journey to help people began with a career in education. After 13 years of teaching children and adolescents in Ontario, I obtained my Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology. I then embarked on my journey overseas, counselling in international schools for 18 years - The Philippines, Singapore, The Netherlands, Argentina, and China.
For over 30 years I have had the privilege of listening to the stories of young people and adults. As a psychotherapist, I invest in each being as whole person - in their well-being, in helping them to see and explore deeply their values, hopes, and possibilities for the journey onward.
By creating a calm, welcoming, compassionate, trusting, and safe space to share your struggles and challenges, I invite, encourage, and guide you to voice your thoughts, feelings and wonderings. I stand with you as you explore, expand and evolve while supporting you to feel cared for, heard, and understood.
Along the way, I have personally discovered and studied yoga and mindfulness meditation. These practices are my way of grounding and coming back to presence - my barefoot mind.

Take the first step.
Take the first step towards living a life with more ease, a sense of purpose and belonging.
By working together, you will discover your strengths, skills, what is important to you and
what is possible on your journey forward.
It can be a difficult decision to seek therapy and also in choosing a therapist.
I offer a free consultation which allows you to get a sense of how I work, ask questions,
and see how we might work together.
